I'm so sorry that i didn't wrote the last time, i was forgotten it I'M SO SORRY!
I hope that you didn't needed me. But from now on i'm going to write everyday.

The help for today:

Some girls are really sensitive than the other girls, but don't worry.

Everyone is crying sometimes but the other is crying faster than the other.

But if you want to cry go on! Just do it, it is not a big deal!

But be yourself.

If you have a bad day then it is possible to cry and also if there is something happened.

Please cry! If you need attention or a arm around you. Then cry you can always cry, if that is who you are and scream about attention!

I hope that this will give you joy and a positive feeling!

Day 4 (of the blog)

Short message:

Heey girls! I was in Paris so i didn't write yesterday and before yesterday. So i'm sorry. 

But today i'm going to write again :) In Paris there was a lot of inspiration it was awesome so here is my message for today.

In Paris we were shopping on the: Shamps Elyseés. It is a really big and expensive shopping street. And on that street there were a few stores: Chanel, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Dolce and Gabana.

Really much and when i was there i was feeling insecure because there were really much beautiful people and rich and looking good. And then you are standing there, in a country that you never been. And i was walking with my vest and jacket, and not something that is in. And so you are feeling uncomfortable. But if you are in a country like that, don't feel like that because you are someone, someone beautiful and don't let your feeling down because you are different.

But keep strong and carry on (Parody of: Keep calm and carry on) :)

But i want to say: Be strong, because if you want to be someone then, stay yourself!

THEN you ARE someone. 

I hope that this was inspiring for you girls.

Stay yourself and be who you are!

Day 3

2 days nothing:

Heey GIRLS!

First i want to say: Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow i'm not writing. Because i'm in Paris with school.

Of course i will make pictures to share and i will look for inspiration!

But today: More help for you to feel comfortable and save.

Every where you go people will criticizing you. You are never good enough.
But yes you are good enough.
Today i did something with my school: 
We had to bring old clothes to school, and then, we had to fold it up. 
And tomorrow the other classes will bring these clothes to the clothing bench. 
And the clothes that were in the bags, they were sometimes horrible, but we will make people happy.
And that was the goal of the project, to make people smile and make them happy.
And the clothes were not really cool, but do you think that those people are coming there for their fun? No, the're not. But they were really thankful to us. Because we are helping them throw the winter. And these people are also insecure.
But that was just an example i want to gave you.
So what ever it is not going about the outside but of the inside.
So keep that in you head and promise me you will always be you, and don't change because people don't like you.
If they don't like you then: Screw you!

Heey girlzzzzz

Hier ben ik weer!

Ik denk dat ik voortaan in het engels ga schrijven, zodat mensen in het buitenland dit ook kunnen lezen, want dat is ook heel belangrijk!

Maar de hulp van vandaag:

Liefde, 1 van de vele redenen waardoor wij meiden onzeker worden.

Dus vandaag wat tips.

Wees niet bang, als je hem echt heel leuk vind don't worry!

Probeer het, niet geschoten is altijd mis!

Als hij nee zegt oké een tegenvaller gebeurd iedereen wel eens.

Maar ga niet bij de pakken neer zitten.

Want op deze wereld zullen er ook genoeg jongens zijn die je wel leuk vinden en je fantastisch vinden zoals je bent!

Dus ga door zet je schouders eronder en vecht door!!!

Van een afwijzing vergaat de wereld niet.

Maar blijf wie je bent, verander niet omdat hij je liever zo ziet.

Stick to the status Quo!

Maar het belangrijkste is dat je van jezelf houd, want hoe kan iemand van je houden als je niet eens van jezelf houd?? So:
